1. Service Overview
The Codex Bureau is a professional link between clients and certified translators in Qatar. We manage your translation requests and connect you to ministry-accredited translators.
We do not perform translations in-house; instead, we coordinate and ensure quality, timely, and certified results.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotes provided via WhatsApp or email are estimates based on document type and volume.
- Prices are competitive due to our network and bulk agreements, but final pricing may vary if additional requirements arise.
- Payment must be made as agreed in the quote to initiate or complete the translation process.
3. Delivery of Translations
- Translations may be delivered digitally via email/WhatsApp or physically at your request.
- We strive to meet agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to translator availability or third-party processes.
- The Codex Bureau is not responsible for delays caused by external authorities or courier services.
4. Document Accuracy & Liability
- We connect you with certified translators to ensure accuracy.
- Clients are responsible for providing clear and complete source documents.
- While we aim for perfection, The Codex Bureau is not liable for errors resulting from unclear or incomplete submissions.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All client documents and personal data are treated as confidential.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to complete the translation service.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate, legible, and complete source documents
- Respond promptly to communication from The Codex Bureau
- Pay invoices as agreed
Failure to do so may delay delivery and affect service quality.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Requests to cancel a translation project must be made before work begins.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of The Codex Bureau.
- Once the translation is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available.
8. Intellectual Property
- Translations delivered remain the property of the client, except where otherwise agreed.
- The Codex Bureau retains the right to use anonymized case studies or project descriptions for marketing purposes, without revealing client identity or sensitive information.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Qatar.
